Position Overview

Indian Angel Network is seeking a talented and creative content marketing manager to join our team. As a content manager you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging written content for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, all website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and more. You will work closely with the agency partners (PR & Social media) and will work within the framework of the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring copywriter to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our organization.


  • Develop creative and engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and gather relevant information.
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content that aligns with our brand voice and tone.
  • Create compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our style guidelines.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance content quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and product, to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and user feedback, to identify areas of improvement and optimize content strategies accordingly.


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
  • Excellent research skills to gather information from diverse sources and synthesize it into compelling content.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to target different audiences and industries.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Knowledge of content marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate versatility and expertise in creating engaging content across different formats and platforms.
